    Karnataka State is Located in the Deccan Plateau in the southern part of the Indian subcontinent, Karnatak’s planned economic development began with the appointment of Sir M. Visveswaraya as the Dewan of the erstwhile Mysore State (precursor to modern-day Karnataka).
